Job Description:
• Application Support Management-Responsible for the Support and Administration of the Bank Application (Finacle & Pricing & Reports) and Services (UNIX) used by the Production for business continuity.

• Application maintenance Management -Management and Delivery of content and Services Online; tracking and ensuring all application defects and requirement are promptly resolve.

Key Responsibilities
• Providing capacity planning, monitoring, and maintenance of the Bank Application (Finacle & Pricing & Reports etc)
• Understanding, in depth, the business processes supported by the Bank Application (Finacle & Pricing & Reports etc)
• To maintain production environments relating to online services. This will include development, DR and production Applications.
• To ensure that applications are maintained in a manner that supports delivery of services to multiple platforms(Peripherals) , resilience, and performance
• To ensure continuity of the business processes supported by one or many applications / services
• Ensuring continuity and quality by owning the resolution of issues across platforms. Tracking progress and escalating as appropriate unless resolution reached
• To ensure standards and guidelines are applied and maintained across applications for administration, deployment and monitoring over a range of platforms that largely comprises Bank standard Process flow. This includes applications, web server components and databases
• To ensure applications and services processes and outputs are error free and complete
• Identifying faults and issues and recommending appropriate paths to resolution, and fixing as appropriate
• Ensuring appropriate contingency/workaround procedures are in place for process failure or defect pending resolution ensuring business continuity
• Managing change control (CR) implications for designated Application
• Contributing to process development and best practice. Looking at new ways to improve resilience, performance levels and supportability
• To ensure that applications and related services are documented and kept in a path accessible by the Team
• To establish and maintain effective working relationships with all stakeholders
• Reviewing and ensuring complete and appropriate handover of documentation prior to operational acceptance of new or changed applications
• To undertake advanced administration tasks as required e.g. to support problem resolution
• To support the development teams and the 24/7 group in deploying applications and solving problems and
• To participate in the on-call support to the 24/7 team
• Manages and meeting weekly with Application Vendors to review and provide resolution to End users issue. Evaluating Remedy incidence/work request and tracking issues

POSITION: TECHNICIAN ON SITE

JOB DUTIES:
Comply with Company and Government legislation regarding
H & S JSA (use of PPE etc)
Conduct maintenance of Cummins engines as well as to troubleshoot and diagnose faults
Repair engines within Cummins spec and Cummins SRT’s.
Complete service reports accurately and timeously, Meet all warranty claims submission documentation requirements
Provide service ensuring quality workmanship at all times as well as completing repairs within Cummins stipulated timings
Establish/maintain good customer relations and ensure prompt and efficient attention to customer needs
Ensure new product training is carried out versus engine population
Company supplied tooling is maintained to the appropriate standards
Work overtime and after hours availability for call outs. Focus on customer service delivery.
Maintain work area and Service vehicles cleanliness, maintain accurate service vehicle travel logs and safety checks.

REQUIREMENTS:
Minimum of five years’ post trade test experience as a Diesel Mechanic / Fitter
Strong analytical and technical skills
Analytically skill
Work with little or no supevision
Be a team player and strong administrative skill
Heavy Duty drivers license would be an advantage.

Nigerian Bottling Company Job: COLD DRINK OPERATIONS LOGISTICS COORDINATOR






Functional areas: Cold Drink Operations (Supply Chain)
Department: Supply Chain

The Job Holder will report to the Cold Drink Operations Manager and the vacancies exist in our thirteen Plant locations.The responsibilities include:

· Lead cooperation with Third Party logistics behind agreed SLA'S
· Create/Manage an efficient ice movement strategy/execution
· The Jobholder will be the cost owner for CDO Logistics Activities.
· Secures achievement of KBI's in Cooperation with Cold Drink Equipments & FS
· Manages CDE movements order cycle to ensure they are organized & controlled in accordance with agreed SLAs for improved levels of customer service at optimum cost.
· Manages Ice movement and distribution up to the retail outlets
· Ensures high customer satisfaction and owns continuous improvement action planning with 3PL
· Performs root cause analysis & problem resolution of CDO logistics services daily issues
· Ensures 3PL full compliance to CCH warehousing and delivery standards
· Performs regular performance reviews with CDO Mgr., CDE Mgr., and FS with action planning
· Reporting on logistic
· Reports list of TBDI CDEs for Disposal RFA initiation
· Creates purchase requisitions for transport and disposal & posts service entry sheets
· Updates equipment data (deletion flag, status update and RFA number filled in)
· Monitors CDE inventories on a monthly basis and ensures assets are reconciled with FAR
· Completes technical work orders in ERP
· Ensures CDE inventories in all warehouses and depots regularly in accordance with procedures
· Coordinates the technical disposal process
· Controls inter - warehouse movements
· Identifies and implements initiatives to reduce CDE movement cost
· Ensures effective cooperation between FS, CDE warehouse and 3PL
· Follows up to make sure that all applicable safety, occupational health, loss prevention and environmental requirements in the area of CDO logistics are applied and followed

Job Requirements:
First degree in any relevant discipline with Logistics and Supply chain management
Five years experience
Strong analytical skills and ability to interface, influence, and interact professionally with external vendors. -Experience in Supply Chain Planning function with exposure to Commercial/Sales function will be an added advantage -Member of Professional body will also be an added advantage.
Member of Professional body will also be an added advantage.
